The cities of North Richland Hills, Watauga and the Texas Department of Transportation have combined resources to provide for the expansion of Rufe Snow Drive from Mid-Cities Boulevard to Ridgetop Road (approximately 1.25 miles). 

The existing roadway will be reconstructed and widened from a 5-lane undivided roadway to a
7-lane undivided roadway.  The project includes widening and reconstructing the roadway with concrete pavement, storm drain improvements, utility adjustments, traffic signal modifications, and installation of sidewalks from Mid-Cities Blvd to Ridgetop Rd.
